Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Work Setting: Discount variety store, Department store

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Point of sale system, Electronic mail, Electronic scheduler, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, General office equipment

Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20

Specific Skills: Manage staff and assign duties, Perform cash deposits, Balance daily transactions, Recruit and train staff, Customer service oriented

Security and Safety: Basic security clearance

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation

Ability to Supervise: 10 people or less, 15 people or less

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others, Decision making, Computer use
