Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days and weekends.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Industrial Electrician Trade Certification, 5th Period Apprentice.

Major Work Area: Installation, Maintenance, Repair, Service, Troubleshooting/Diagnostic

Type of Establishment Experience: Industrial

Type of Equipment: Programmable logic controls

Type of Sector Experience: Manufacturing industry

Area of Specialization: Medium-Voltage distributions systems

Specific Skills: Install, examine, replace or repair electrical components, Troubleshoot industrial control systems and devices

Additional Skills: Conduct preventive maintenance programs

Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Bending, crouching, kneeling

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence

Work Location Information: Urban area
