Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed university.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) by a provincial or territorial association.

Area of Specialization: Mobile equipment, Rotating equipment tools, Aircraft or spacecraft

Specific Skills: Conduct research into the feasibility, design, operation and performance of mechanisms, components and systems, Design power plants, machines and equipment, Analyze dynamics and vibrations of mechanical systems and structures, Develop maintenance standards, schedules and programs

Work Experience: Research and development, CAD software (computer assisted software), Health and safety

Work Setting: Aerospace industry, Consulting firm

Computer an Technology Knowledge: CAD software (computer assisted software), 2D/3D Animation
