Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days and weekends.

Salary: will be $26,000.00 to $30,000.00 per year for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Certification by a provincial or territorial association.

Area of Specialization: Development of production processes, Development of facilities and systems, Development of quality assurance programs, Work planning, estimating, measuring and scheduling, Development of computer applications, Development of safety and fire prevention plans

Specific Skills: Develop and conduct production, inventory and quality assurance programs, Design plant layouts and production facilities, Assist with design of plant layouts, Develop and carry out work study, Collect and compile operational or experimental data, Collect and analyze data and samples, Develop manufacturing and processing procedures

Computer and Technology Knowledge: Windows, DOS, Networking software, Networking hardware, Intranet, Servers, Applications - desktop, File management software, Multimedia Software, Spreadsheet software, CAD software (computer assisted software)

Own Tools/Equipment: Tools

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods
