Terms: This is a seasonal, full time job, which requires working days and weekends.

Salary: will be $10.50 per hour for a 50 hour week.

Experience: is an asset.

Work Setting: Commercial establishment, Private home, Landscape maintenance

Type of Machinery or Equipment: Tractor mower, Sod cutter, Weed trimmer/edger

Specific Skills: Weed, prune and trim trees and plants, Cut grass, Rake/ collect refuse, Cart and spread topsoil and other materials, Lay sod or seed

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Bending, crouching, kneeling

Work Site Environment: Outdoors

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Valid driver’s licence

Work Location Information: Various locations

Essential Skills: Reading text, Oral communication, Working with others

Other Information: Wage increase with experience. Must have ability to run lawn equipment. Wage is negotiable, based upon experience.
