Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 Y per year for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training, completed university.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s License, CADD Course.

Specific Skills: Prepare estimates of labour and material costs, Prepare bill of material, Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers and contractors, Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads, Estimate pre-contract costs, Utilize quantity take-off procedures, Monitor and adjust contract expenditures

Additional Skills: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications, Operate CADD systems
