Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some college or technical training.

Experience: is an asset.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Certificate.

Type of Processing or Operating Experience: Distillation or fractionation

Specific Skills: Operate electronic or computerized control panel from a central control room, Control process start-up, shut-down and troubleshooting, Monitor outside process equipment, Adjust equipment, valves, pumps and controls and process equipment, Shut down, isolate and prepare process units or production equipment for maintenance, Sample products, perform tests and record data

Additional Skills: Write production logs, Participate in safety audits and programs

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Critical thinking, Computer use, Continuous learning
