Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.
Notes: milage paid.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).

Specific Skills: Maintain, troubleshoot and administer the use of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks and computer workstations and peripheral equipment, Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software and operating system software, Provide problem-solving services to network users, Perform routine network start up and close down and maintain control records

Work Setting: Help desk

Computer and Technology Knowledge: Windows, PDA, Hardware, Networking software, Networking hardware, Intranet, Internet, Servers, Applications - desktop, Office Suites

Own Tools/Equipment: Internet access

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Security and Safety: Bondable

Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle, Valid driver’s licence, Public transportation is available
