Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be $35,000.00 per year for a 40 hour week.
Notes: bonus, and other benefits.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Specific Skills: Interview clients to obtain employment history, educational background and career goals, Assist clients to develop job readiness skills and job search strategies, Pre-select candidates for interviews, Collect labour market information for clients regarding job openings and entry and skill requirements, Counsel workers on work, and career-related issues

Additional Skills: Recruit and select staff

Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing

Other Information: Salary to increase to $50,000 plus performance bonus within one year of excellent performance. Recruitment experience a definite asset. Only qualified people need apply.
