Specific Maintenance Activities: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors, Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on plumbing systems, Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on electrical systems, Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on appliances, Repair drywall, Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs, Work with minimal supervision

Office/Administration activities: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment

Equipment Operated/Used: Power tools

Security and Safety: Bondable, Basic security clearance, Criminal record check, Driver’s validity licence check

Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, Uniform

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Bending, crouching, kneeling

Weight Handling: More than 45 kg (100 lbs)

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, Vehicle supplied by employer, Willing to travel regularly, Valid driver’s licence
