Credentials required: The applicant should have Sheet Metal Worker Trade Certification, CADD Course.

Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience: Commercial, Industrial, Shop

Specific Skills: Determine layout of systems, Measure and mark sheet metal according to template, Operate metalworking machines to cut, punch, drill, shape or straighten sheet metal, Computerized pattern development and layout, Cut materials using power tools or by hand

Additional Skills: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence

Work Location Information: In shop
