Terms: This is a permanent, part time job, which requires working evenings and weekends.

Salary: will be $10.50 per hour for a 15 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: is an asset.

Work Setting: Office building

Specific Maintenance Activities: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors, Empty waste containers, Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings, Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures, Work with minimal supervision

Security and Safety: Basic security clearance, Criminal record check

Own Tools/Equipment: Uniform

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Repetitive tasks, Bending, crouching, kneeling

Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation

Essential Skills: Reading text, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Continuous learning
