Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have some high school, some college or technical training.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Work Setting: Automobile dealership, Automotive parts store

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Electronic mail, General office equipment, Computerized bookkeeping systems, Internet competency

Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20

Specific Skills: Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations, Manage staff and assign duties, Balance daily transactions, Develop and implement marketing strategies, Determine staffing requirements, Recruit and train staff, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Customer service oriented

Security and Safety: Bondable, Driver’s validity licence check

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Sitting, Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Vehicle supplied by employer

Ability to Supervise: 10 people or less
