Terms: This is a seasonal, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Kitchen Helping Skills: Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit, Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment, Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas, Handle and store cleaning products, Sweep and mop floors

Bussing Skills: Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, Load buspans and trays, Set tables, Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, Assist food and beverage servers in formal service activities

Dishwashing Skills: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware, Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, Scour pots and pans

Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

Work Location Information: Room and board provided, Remote location

Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Job task planning and organizing

Other Information: Must be clean & neat; work early hours & willing to assume multiple duties (dishes, kitchen & dining room cleaning, & food packaging, sandwich making and food prep). No pets or family accommodations.
