Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $25,000.00 to $30,000.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have some high school, some college or technical training.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Excel, Accounting software, Internet browser

Typing (Words Per Minute): 41 - 60 wpm

Specific Skills: Manage accounts receivable, Answer customer inquiries, Perform general office duties

Security and Safety: Basic security clearance

Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines
