Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days and nights.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s Licence (Class 1 or A), Air Brake (Z) Endorsement, Commercial Vehicle Operator’s Registration (CVOR) Certificate.

Documentation Knowledge: Driver logbook, Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip), Maintenance and repair reports, Trip reports

Communication Equipment Experience: Citizens band (CB) radio, Cellular phone

Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

Specific Skills: Loading and unloading of goods, Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo, Monitor vehicle performance and mechanical fitness

Security and Safety: Basic security clearance, Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract), Medical exam

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, Willing to travel overnight
