Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $14.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.
Also: group insurance benefits.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, Word processing software, Database software, Internet browser

Specific Skills: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers, Explain the type and cost of services offered, Receive and log complaints, Investigate complaints, Arrange for refunds and credits, Access and process information, Perform general office duties

Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check

Own Tools/Equipment: Cellular phone

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Attention to detail

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Public transportation is available

Work Location Information: Urban area
