Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and nights. Shift work is involved.

Truck Mechanic Specific Skills: Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems, Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems, Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer’s specifications, Perform scheduled maintenance service

Additional Skills: Complete reports to record problems and work performed, Estimate parts and labour costs, Coach and instruct apprentices

Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract)

Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, Steel-toed safety boots
