Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $15.00 to $25.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience: Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Residential, Independently owned business

Specific Skills: Supervise workers and projects, Coordinate and schedule activities, Train or arrange for training, Ensure adherence to safety standards, Set up machines and equipment

Additional Skills: Prepare production and other reports, Estimate material and labour costs, Prepare bids

Security and Safety: Bondable, Basic security clearance, Enhanced reliability security clearance, Criminal record check, Eligible for professional liability insurance

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Hard hat, Safety glasses/goggles
