Specific Maintenance Activities: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors, Empty waste containers, Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings, Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures, Work with minimal supervision

Equipment Operated/Used: Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, Carpet cleaning machines, Steam cleaners

Security and Safety: Bondable

Own Tools/Equipment: Uniform

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Bending, crouching, kneeling

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Public transportation is not available

Work Location Information: Urban area

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Job task planning and organizing

Other Information: Base schedule is 2 weekend day shifts for 16 hours per week and additional hours when required. May be suitable for students.
