Terms: This is a permanent, full time job

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Specific Skills: Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs, Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of personnel policies, benefit programs and collective agreements, Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales, Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs, Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes, Arrange training for staff, Supervise staff, Conduct performance reviews
