Terms: This is a permanent, part time job, which requires working evenings.

Salary: will be $10.50 to $11.00 per hour for a 15 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Specific Skills: Sweep, mop and wash floors, Wax and polish floors, Dust furniture, Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen fixtures and appliances, Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, Provide basic information on facilities, Pick up debris and empty trash containers, Wash windows, walls and ceilings

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, Public transportation is not available

Security and Safety: Bondable, Basic security clearance

Other Information: Experienced EVENING Cleaner needed to be responsible for a Building.Must have High Cleaning Standards,good work ethic and able to work alone in a Smoke Free environment.Use of Auto-scrubber an asset.
