Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year for a 40 hour week.

Specific Skills: Prepare estimates of labour and material costs, Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers and contractors, Select sub-trades, Utilize quantity take-off procedures

Additional Skills: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications, Arbitrate in contract disputes

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
