Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.
Notes: bonus, milage paid, and other benefits.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some university.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Work Setting: Video and audio equipment store, Music store, Food store, Convenience store, Department store, Drug store, Home furnishing store

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: General office equipment, Internet competency

Staff Responsibility: 1 - 20

Specific Skills: Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations, Manage staff and assign duties, Balance daily transactions, Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, Determine staffing requirements, Recruit and train staff, Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise, Customer service oriented

Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Driver’s validity licence check, Driving record check (abstract), Drug test

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Valid driver’s licence

Work Location Information: Various locations

Ability to Supervise: 10 people or less

Essential Skills: Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking
