Terms: This is a permanent, part time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Child and Youth Care Worker (CCW/CYW) Diploma, Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate, First Aid Certificate.

Specific Skills: Assess client’s relevant skill strengths and development needs, Resolve conflict situations, Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and half-way houses, Implement behaviour management programs, Provide personal services support to persons with special needs
