Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $11.00 to $12.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some college or technical training.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Human Resource software, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Database software

Specific Skills: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, Prepare and post notices and advertisements, Collect and screen applicants, Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, Review candidate inventories, Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers, Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, Organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures, Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training, Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties

Security and Safety: Basic security clearance

Own Tools/Equipment: Computer, Printer, Internet access
