Terms: This is a temporary, part time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $11.35 per hour for a 20 hour week.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Work Setting: Warehouse, Retail and wholesale distribution centre

Vehicle and Equipment Experience: Dollies and hand trucks

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Specific Skills: Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, Pick orders and stock, Wrap goods, Pack and unpack goods, Sort goods, Crate goods

Additional Skills: Customer service skills

Security and Safety: Bondable

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Own vehicle

Essential Skills: Reading text, Oral communication, Working with others

Other Information: Hours range from 4am to 11pm. Must have own transportation to Burlington. On call positions only. Shared lifting of 50lbs.
