Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $11.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.
Also: medical, dental, group insurance, life insurance benefits.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: is an asset.

Work Setting: Retail and wholesale distribution center, Warehouse

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Database software, Inventory control software, Internet browser

Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Type of Operation: Manual inventory control, Computerized inventory control

Specific Skills: Prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents, Assemble containers and crates, Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, Maintain internal record-keeping system, Record shortages and reject damaged goods, Route goods to appropriate storage areas, Pack goods to be shipped, Unpack goods received, Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments
