Type of Equipment: Conventional oven, Penderch oven, Rotary oven, Microwave oven, Moulds, Automated mixer or processor

Food Specialties: Desserts and pastries, Cake decorating

Specific Skills: Prepare special orders, Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods, Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, Inspect kitchen and food service areas

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Continuous learning
