Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working evenings.

Experience: at least five years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.

Work Setting: Factory or plant, Office building, Industrial facility

Specific Maintenance Activities: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors, Empty waste containers, Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures, Work with minimal supervision

Equipment Operated/Used: Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, Carpet cleaning machines, Polishing machines, Waxing machines, Steam cleaners, Upholstery cleaning equipment

Security and Safety: Bondable, Basic security clearance, Criminal record check

Own Tools/Equipment: Safety equipment/gear

Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation

Essential Skills: Working with others, Problem solving
