Credentials required: The applicant should have Driver’s Licence (Class 1 or A), Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.

Type of Travel: Local, International

Documentation Knowledge: Driver logbook, Bill of lading, Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip), Trans-border documentation, Trip reports

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Specific Skills: Tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo

Additional Skills: Professionalism in customer service

Security and Safety: Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract), Drug test

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding

Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel cross-border, Valid driver’s licence

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Job task planning and organizing
