Terms: This is a temporary, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $10.00 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Children’s Ages: Kindergarten age (4 - 5 years)

Work Setting: Employer’s home

Specific Skills: Supervise and care for children, Bathe, dress and feed infants and children, Prepare infants and children for rest periods, Organize, activities such as games and outings for children, Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, Read to children, Prepare and serve nutritious meals, Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens, Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, Take children to and from school and to appointments, Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children

Work Location Information: Work in employer’s/client’s home, Room and board provided
