Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Salary: will be ion Plan Benefits per hour for a 42 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Security Guard Licence.

Work Setting: Hospital/medical facility

Type of Assignments: Foot patrol, Bike patrol

Specific Skills: Enforce regulations of establishments, Resolve conflict situations, Maintain order, Use telecommunications (i.e. two-way radio, cell phone, pager), Follow radio and emergency telephone procedures, Operate security control room equipment, Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed, Attend to persons with special needs, Respond to alarms, bomb threats and other emergencies, Detect or prevent thefts and vandalism, Make arrests under the Criminal Code of Canada, Write reports
