Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Mac OS, Spreadsheet software, Excel, Database software

Typing (Words Per Minute): 0 - 40 wpm

Area of Specialization: Reports, Forms and records, Correspondence

Specific Skills: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases, Send and receive messages, Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, Prepare invoices and bank deposits, Order supplies and maintain inventory, Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing

Essential Skills: Working with others

Other Information: Making phone calls on free hours. Must have knowledge about European tourist destinations.

Languages: Other than English, the applicant should speak French.
