Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $19.29 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least three years’ experience.

Credentials required: The applicant should have Forklift Operator Certification.

Additional Skills: Troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment, Monitor and inspect quality of material produced, Maintain records and inventory, Pack items for shipping and distribution

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, Safety glasses/goggles

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilites: Repetitive tasks, Attention to detail, Manual dexterity, Handling heavy loads, Hand-eye co-ordination, Fast-paced environment

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence

Other Information: Preference will be given to those with prior slitting or plastic extrusion/conversion experience. This position is a temporary position which could lead into a permanent position.
