Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $40,000.00 Y per year for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, completed college or technical training.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Work Setting: Food service establishment, Restaurant

Supervisory Experience: Food and beverage servers, Cooks

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, Prepare and submit reports, Prepare food order summaries for chef, Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

Additional Skills: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Hire food service staff

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilites: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines

Work Location Information: Work in employer’s/client’s home

Ability to Supervise: 1 to 2 people
