Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $10.25 per hour for a 40 hour week.

Work Setting: Meat processing and packing plants

Type of Equipment: Saws

Specific Skills: Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial or other wholesale use

Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Standing for extended periods

Work Site Environment: Cold/refrigerated

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Valid driver’s licence, Public transportation is not available

Essential Skills: Reading text, Numeracy, Oral communication, Working with others
