Terms: This is a temporary, full time job, which requires working days, evenings, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be $10.25 per hour for a 20 hour week.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Multi-line switchboard, Computerized reservation system, Data entry, Keyboarding, Basic computer skills (will train), General office equipment, Internet browser

Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)

Customer Sales and Service Agent Specific Skills: Customer service oriented, Process money, cheque and credit/debit card payment, Prepare and issue tickets and receipts, Help customers plan travel time and routes, Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying), Work with minimal supervision, Process telephone calls, Make, cancel and change flight reservations

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation, Public transportation is not available

Work Location Information: Rural community
