Requirements: Ontario Job Creation Partnerships (JCP) is an employment program provided by Employment Ontario. To participate, you must be unemployed and meet one of the following conditions: have established a claim for Employment Insurance benefits or that the Employment Insurance benefit period ended within the past three years; or established a claim for Employment Insurance maternity or parental benefits and were paid benefits within the past five years, and are re-entering the labour force after having left it to care for newborn or newly adopted children.

Terms: This is a temporary, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $423.00 per for a 35 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have some college or technical training.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Work Setting: Social or charity agency

Type of audience: Internal or in-house audience, External audience

Specific Skills: Answer written and oral inquiries, Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Web site content and press releases, Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events for publicity, fundraising and information purposes, Develop and implement fundraising campaigns, Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Significant use of memory, Finding information, Computer use, Continuous learning
