Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Tool and Die Fabrication Experience: Gauges or instruments, Jigs and fixtures, Metal cutting, forming or bending dies

Metal Mould-Making Experience: Injection moulds

Specific Skills: Machine tools to close tolerances, Verify dimensions of machine parts, Machine, fit and assemble parts, Inspect and test final products, Set up machine tools, Set up and operate electrical discharge machines (EDM)

Additional Skills: Read blueprint, schemas and drawings

Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, Steel-toed safety boots

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Handling heavy loads, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Standing for extended periods

Work Site Environment: Noisy

Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation

Work Location Information: In shop
