Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days and weekends.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some college or technical training, completed college or technical training.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Type of Sales: Manufacturing

Customers/clients: Industry

Products/Services: Industrial machinery and equipment, Mining machinery/equipment, Manufacturing and industrial products

Specific Skills: Assess client’s needs and resources and recommend the appropriate goods or services, Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client’s needs, Read and understand blueprints

Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract)

Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel, Willing to travel regularly, Willing to travel cross-border, Willing to travel for extended periods, Willing to travel overnight, Travel expenses paid by employer

Work Location Information: On-site customer service

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail

Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, Computer use

Other Information: Travel throughout North America. Strong organizational skills. Provide tech support for product installation. Able to take measurements of equipment for installation. Coordinate specs to Engineering.
