Terms: This is a temporary, full time job, which requires working days. Some overtime will be available.

Salary: will be $40,000.00 per year for a 40 hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed college or technical training.

Experience: two to three years’ experience.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic Mail, Human resources software, Spreadsheet software, Database software, Internet browser

Area of Specialization: Human resources

Specific Skills: Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs, Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of personnel policies, benefit programs and collective agreements, Mediate labour disputes and grievances, Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
