Terms: This is a permanent, full time job, which requires working days, nights, and weekends. Shift work is involved.

Salary: will be negotiated and depends on the skills and experience of the applicant.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school, some college or technical training, completed college or technical training, some university, completed university.

Work Setting: Food service establishment, Fast food outlet or concession

Supervisory Experience: Food and beverage servers, Food service counter attendants and food preparers, Kitchen and food service helpers, Cooks

Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, Prepare food order summaries for chef

Additional Skills: Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilites: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling

Work Site Environment: Hot

Ability to Supervise: 1 to 2 people
