Terms: This is a casual, full time job, which requires working days.

Salary: will be $10.25 per hour for a 8. hour week.

Education: The applicant should have completed high school.

Experience: at least a full year’s experience.

Travel Experience: Local

Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Specific Skills: Pick-up and deliver various items and products, Load and unload goods, Perform pre-trip inspection of vehicle, Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems

Additional Skills: Professionalism in customer service, Receive and relay information to central dispatch

Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract)

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines

Transportation/Travel Information: Vehicle supplied by employer, Valid driver’s licence, Travel expenses paid by employer

Essential Skills: Reading text, Writing, Oral communication, Working with others

Other Information: Must have a "G" license, good abstract (for conditional offer) and be familiar with K/W area. Shift is 1 day per week on Fri. from 8:00 am to 5 pm.Customer Service is an important function of the job.
